LaJuanda Pritchard is one of Absolute Collision’s customer service representatives and is an invaluable team member. Previously, LaJuanda worked in the hospitality industry at the Grove Park Inn and was a wedding planner. Justin Crawley, Absolute Forest City’s General Manager saw the work ethic and dedication that she had and brought her on board.
Since she’s been at Absolute Collision, LaJuanda has found that her favorite part of the business is building relationships with clients and also seeing the amazing transformation process from start to finish. She truly believes in the work that is being done at Absolute Collision which allows her to foster genuine and meaningful relationships with customers that begin to feel like family.
Outside of work, LaJuanda loves to explore the outdoors or sit back and watch Jeopardy. You’d want her on your team to answer all of the questions about US History, Civil Government or Politics. She’s a history trivia whiz!
You may find her with a cup of coffee in her hand or maybe even a vending machine Snickers bar with a lemon lime gatorade. But you can always find her looking to help however she can. Aside from her passion at work and her deep history knowledge, LaJuanda is driven by the ability to work in her hometown, to serve people whom she has known for her entire life and to contribute to the local community.
